Images purchased from Copyrightfreeimages.com have few restrictions. Images may be manipulated and altered to create your own unique images. Images may not be placed on any internet service offering images for downloading, or that could be downloaded (e.g. screensavers), use within an image library, re-sold, loaned, hired or given away, through any service that would give the recipient an image, or images, for commercial, or profitable use.

Copyrightfreeimages.com holds limited information regarding your account. All information held is strictly for Copyrightfreeimages.com's own accounting and market research use. No information of any kind will be divulged to third parties without express permission from you.

All images are accepted for use purely on the pictorial content and are provided on an 'as is' basis with no warranty implied or otherwise, for merchantability or fitness for a particular use. Responsibility to use any image that may require third party consent or rights lies solely with the user. You are requested to contact suitable legal advice if you are unsure in any way.

Although Copyrightfreeimages.com endeavours to dispatch all images within 48 hours of receipt of order, we cannot guarantee that our site will be uninterrupted or error free.

Use of Watermarked images

Copyrightfreeimages.com offers you conditional usage of copyrighted images. Images may be downloaded for evaluation and for use in composing artwork layouts and similar. Images are downloaded on express agreement that they are not modified, altered, or manipulated in any way. All images must retain any original copyright and electronic watermark information.

Non-Payment

Use of any part or form of any image (except where the image is a copyrighted 'comping' image with associated restrictions) is deemed as acceptance of all conditions and is liable for appropriate payments.

Warranty

Copyrightfreeimages.com warrants the digital copy of the image supplied on disc to be free from defects and workmanship for 30 days from date of delivery. Any breach of this warranty will be corrected by a replacement disc, or a refund of the purchase price. A refund will only be entertained if the damaged disc is returned to Copyrightfreeimages.com.

COPYRIGHTFREEIMAGES.COM MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARANTIES OF MERCHANTABLILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING FROM DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTIAL, ARISING FROM THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS PRODUCT, TYPE OR QUALITY OF IMAGE, OR COMPATABILITY WITH ANY COMPUTER OR ANY OTHER KIND OF EQUIPMENT.

NEITHER COPYRIGHTFREEIMAGES.COM NOR IT'S LICENSORS, DIRECTORS, PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR MANAGEMENT SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY GENERAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTIAL, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE LICENCE OF ANY IMAGE OR IMAGES.
